Correctly integrating mid-rise senior communities, garden-style apartments, townhomes, single-family homes, and every other type of housing for those with low to moderate incomes is essential for a community’s growth and economic development. Zimmerman dedicates our expertise and resources in developing lasting properties, utilizing the low-income housing tax credits provided under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. Other financing options include tax-exempt bond financing, agency financing, HUD financing, HOME Funds, and conventional financing.
